They match the items in the box to the list. If something is missing, they can see it before they message you about a refund.
What is a packing slip?
A packing slip lists what is inside a package: seller and buyer addresses, order or package number, and each item with quantities. It goes in the box for the buyer, not on the outside for the courier.
How is a packing slip different from a shipping label?
A shipping label tells the carrier where to deliver. A packing slip tells the buyer what should be in the box. You usually need both.
Do I need prices on a packing slip?
No. Packing slips usually skip prices and tax. Keep money details on the invoice or chat confirmation.
